Order Agreement & Terms and Conditions
1. General Overview
By placing an order with PIGMODDING LTD (“we,” “us,” “our”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all custom and general products sold by us, including but not limited to custom keyboards, wrist rests, and other accessories.
2. Custom Product Orders
Once an order is placed for a custom product, such as a custom keyboard or wrist rest, the process of securing materials, preparing files, and production begins immediately. As such, *all custom product sales are final*. We do not accept returns or cancellations for custom-made products after the order is placed.
If you encounter any issues with your custom product upon receipt, please contact us immediately. Our team is committed to ensuring high customer satisfaction, and we will work with you to resolve the issue by diagnosing the problem and providing replacement parts if necessary.
To contact us for support, use the contact form on our website. We aim to respond within 24-48 hours depending on current support volume. For faster assistance, include your order number and, if applicable, attach a photo of the issue to support@pigmodding.com.
3. Production Lead Times
Our products are manufactured in-house, and lead times are dependent on the availability of materials and the complexity of the custom order. Generally, custom keyboards and wrist rests take between 1-2 weeks to produce, as we may need to order specific acrylic colors and complete both machining and assembly. Lead times are subject to change based on demand.
4. Shipping and Delivery
PIGMODDING LTD strives to ship all orders on a DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) basis, where possible. If this service is available, any import duties and taxes will be collected at checkout. However, if duties and taxes are not collected at checkout, you (the customer) will be responsible for any unpaid duties or taxes upon delivery, as required by your local authorities.
For international orders, products will be declared at their full value for customs purposes. We will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or delays caused by shipping couriers after the order has been dispatched.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
PIGMODDING LTD is not liable for lost or stolen items once a courier confirms delivery. If you have reasonable evidence of courier negligence or failure to deliver, please contact us with all relevant details, and we will conduct an investigation. Depending on the outcome, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit in line with our policies.
6. Returns for General Items
For non-custom products, our general returns and refund policy applies. You can find our refund policy [here]. Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for sale items.
7. Warranty and Liability
We make every effort to ensure the quality of our products. In the event of defects or issues with materials or workmanship, please notify us immediately upon receipt. Our liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund (at our discretion) of the product. PIGMODDING LTD is not liable for any damages or losses incurred beyond the cost of the product.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom. By placing an order, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom.
9. Changes to Terms
PIGMODDING LTD reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
