How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Mousepad production takes 1-5 working days and posters take 2 days. Shipping times are shown during checkout, times can vary depending on your location. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What happens if I don't receive my order?
We take great care to ensure that all orders are processed and shipped out in a timely manner. However, in the rare event that an order is lost or delayed in transit, we are committed to resolving the issue as quickly as possible. Please contact our support team!
Do I need to pay customs and duties?

How long do I have to replacement or return?
To ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you receive a faulty item, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a replacement.
